Usage Tips:

1) Place massage stone into the heater.

2) Pour warm water into the heater until the stone is competely being submerged in water.

3) Do NOT touch the heated stone directly in order to avoid scald,use a scoop instead.

4) Remove the massage stone from the heater,dry it with towel and let it cool down to the temperature that you need.

5) Before massaging, try the temperature.
