Nail Manicure & Pedicure Course Curriculum 

This course is designed for beginners with no prior experience. Learn by doing with clear instructions and video demonstrations!

Course Structure:

• Module 1: Introduction (15 mins)

  • Welcome video and course overview
  • Manicure and pedicure manual (downloadable)

• Module 2: Nail Science & Essentials (45 mins)

  • Text & images explaining nail anatomy
  • Video presentation on different products used (polish types, tools, etc.)

• Module 3: Hygiene & Safety (30 mins)

  • Text & images on proper sanitation and disinfection procedures
  • Importance of safety measures for both technician and client

• Module 4: The Wonderful World of Nails (45 mins)

  • Text & images explaining different nail shapes and structures
  • Video presentation on common nail disorders and their identification

• Module 5: Manicure Magic (1 hour, 15 mins) * Manicure Process - Step-by-Step Videos (multiple videos) * Part 1: Shaping and Buffing * Part 2: Detailed Cuticle Care * Part 3: Relaxing Massage Techniques * Hot Towel Treatment & Cuticle Oil Application * Nail Prep & Flawless Polish Application * Text & images summarizing each step

• Module 6: Pedicure Paradise (1 hour, 15 mins) * Pedicure Process - Step-by-Step Videos (multiple videos) * Foot Soak & Relaxing Techniques * Removal of Gel Polish (if applicable) * Exfoliation for Smooth Feet * Foot Massage Techniques & Hydration * Foot Preparation & Flawless Polish Application * Final Touches & Aftercare Tips * Text & images summarizing each step * Video on essential tools needed for a pedicure

• Module 7: French Manicure Finesse (30 mins)

  • Video demonstration of the classic French manicure technique

• Module 8: Nail Assessment (15 mins)

  • Text & images explaining how to properly assess a client's nails

This comprehensive course provides the foundation for a successful journey into the world of nail care!

How we teach: Online

Duration: Learn as you go.

Treatments: Usually cost between per hour $30 - $150

Practicals: Either video footage or a live call to be assessed.
