Beauty Comes True · My nighttime routine
MY DREAM SKINCARE.
EVERY NIGHT.
This is the exact skincare I use at home every night. Four products, in this order. If you’ve been wondering what’s on my bathroom shelf, this is it.
Cleanse. Hydrate. Refine. Glow.
Step 01 · Cleanse
CLEANSE.
I personally use the Enigma cleanser at the moment. This is my first step every night — washing away the day before the rest of my skincare goes on.
Cleansing helps remove surface oil and everyday buildup, giving your next products a clean starting point. Massage gently onto damp skin, rinse thoroughly and pat dry. If you’re wearing makeup or water-resistant sunscreen, remove that first.
A fresh start for the rest of the routine.
Step 02 · Hydrate
NMN + EXOSOMES WIPES.
Next, I use the NMN + exosomes wipes — the wipes shown in my routine. This is the step I love for that fresh, hydrated, glassy-looking finish.
NMN and exosomes are getting plenty of attention in skincare. What I look for in my nighttime routine is simple: skin that feels comfortable and moisturised, and looks smoother and more radiant.
The listed formula includes NMN, hydroxyethyl urea, ceramide NP, aloe vera and edelweiss extract. Hydroxyethyl urea helps attract moisture, while ceramide NP supports the moisture barrier. That extra hydration can make skin look plumper and give it a lovely glow.
Gently sweep a pad over your face, avoiding the eyes, then pat in the remaining essence. There’s no need to scrub.
That lovely glassy look starts with hydration.

PEELING NIGHT REVIVE SERUM.
Peeling Night Revive Serum is a game changer — and so underrated. It’s one of those products I wish more people knew about — our little hidden gem at Beauty Comes True.
This is the peeling step in my routine. Exfoliating skincare helps lift away dead surface cells, which can leave skin looking dull and feeling rough. The aim is a smoother-looking surface and a fresher glow.
I like having a hydrating step before it. The right frequency depends on your skin and the product directions. Adjust how often you exfoliate to what your skin tolerates.
The overlooked step on my bathroom shelf.

PROXY / EXOSOMES POWDER.
Last is the Matrigen LipoExosome Proxy Powder. You can use it in your daytime routine too, but this is where I put it in my nighttime routine.
It starts as a fine powder and transforms into a cream as you massage it in. I love that lightweight finish — it’s the final touch in my dream nighttime skincare.
The supplied product information lists glutathione, vitamin C, Centella asiatica leaf vesicles and Pro-Xylane. Glutathione and vitamin C are antioxidant ingredients used in brightening skincare. The formula is designed for hydration, radiance and smoother-looking skin.
It also lists glycerin, betaine and hydrating glycols, alongside mung bean and Rumex root extracts. These moisture-focused ingredients help support a comfortable, hydrated finish.
Dispense and apply according to the packaging directions, then gently massage until the powder becomes a cream.
Four steps. My dream nighttime skincare.
