Cartridge Guide
- 12-pin: Precision work — ideal for targeting small areas around the nose, eyes, or individual concerns.
- 36-pin & 42-pin: Greater surface coverage per pass — suited for full-face sessions or larger body areas like stomach, thighs, and upper arms.
- Nano: Superficial — primarily used to enhance product absorption with little to no downtime. Can be used more frequently.
All cartridges are single-use and disposable. Reusing cartridges increases infection risk and may cause needle dullness or bending, which can drag rather than stamp cleanly on the skin.

Pair your Dr. Pen A11 with our professional-grade skincare for optimal results. Follow these steps in order:
Step 1 — Enzyme Cleanser (80g)
Gently dissolves surface impurities and preps the skin for treatment. Start with a clean canvas.
Step 2 — Matrigen Water Cleanser (150ml)
A secondary cleanse to remove any remaining residue — leaving skin thoroughly clean and ready.
Step 3 — Black Sugar Scrub Gomeze
A gentle physical exfoliant to remove dead skin cells and smooth the surface before treatment.
Step 4 — Disinfect
Disinfect the treatment area using saline solution or alcohol wipes to ensure the skin is clean and free from bacteria before needling.
Step 5 — Choose Your Serum
Apply your chosen ampoule to the skin before and during needling. Choose based on your skin goals:
Option A: Glutathione (Pigment Inhibitor) → — stronger brightening support
Option B: Matrigen Gluta Complex Ampoule → — gentle brightening complex
Step 6 — Microneedle
This step is for trained professionals only. Depth, speed, and technique should be determined by your training. We are not responsible for depth selection — proper training is essential before using any microneedling device.
Step 7 — Skin Repair Mask
Immediately after needling, apply the repair mask to calm, cool, and support the skin's natural recovery process.
Step 8 — Lysonome Hexa Infuse Serum (Glassy Brightening)

Step 9 — Sunscreen SPF 50+ with Toner
Essential post-treatment protection. Apply SPF 50+ every time you go outside in the 48–72 hours following treatment (and ideally, every day).

Post-Treatment Care
- Avoid direct sun exposure, heavy sweating, pools, and hot tubs for at least 24–48 hours.
- Skip retinoids, exfoliating acids, and strong actives until the skin feels calm.
- Keep your routine simple, gentle, and fragrance-free in the days following treatment.
- Apply SPF 50+ any time you go outside for at least 48–72 hours post-treatment.
- Space facial sessions 4–6 weeks apart to allow proper skin recovery.
Who Should Not Use This Device
- Individuals with active acne, eczema, rosacea, or inflamed skin
- Those with a history of keloid scarring
- Anyone currently using strong prescription actives (e.g. isotretinoin)
